McGee Spends the Afternoon at Alwood Elementary Written By: H7 Racing Team Galesburg, IL (May 2nd, 2009) – On Wednesday afternoon, Dean McGee took the Gustaf Powered GRT on a field trip to Alwood Elementary in Alpha, IL. Michael McGee, Dean’s Grandson, attends third grade at Alwood Elementary and he wanted his classmates and teachers to see what he does on the weekends in the Summertime. This also gave the students a chance to get up close and personal with Dean and take a close look at the car. The students really enjoyed looking at the car, hearing the engine, looking in the trailer at all of the equipment and having Dean answer their questions about the car and the races. McGee Looks To Get Back On Track Written By: H7 Racing Team Galesburg, IL (April 23rd, 2009) – After a sudden end to the 2008 racing season because of some health problems, McGee is ready to get back on track this weekend after months of preparation. The 2009 weekly points will kick off this Friday at Lee County Speedway in Donnellson, IA and 34 Raceway in West Burlington, IA the following night. This will be the opening night of points at both tracks and both tracks are expecting good car counts and some stiff competition. McGee and the H7 Racing Team will be making these stops.... Dean McGee Picks Up A Pair of Runner-Up Finishes Over The Weekend Written By: H7 Racing Team Galesburg, IL (July 9th, 2008) – Over the holiday weekend, Dean McGee and the H7 Team picked up two runner-up finishes during the 3-race swing in their GRT/ Gustaf powered IMCA Modified.
